If your E-Bike requires repair, Generation E-Bikes offers comprehensive service and maintenance solutions.

Our experienced technicians will assess your needs, diagnose issues, and perform repairs with attention to safety and quality. When you entrust your E-Bike to us, you're working with professionals committed to restoring your bike to optimal condition.

We provide full service support for all bikes purchased through Generation E-Bikes. While we welcome service requests for E-Bikes from other manufacturers, availability may be limited depending on the model and required parts.

Our goal is to get you back on the road quickly and safely.

Our Services

  • Delivery / Mobile Repairs & Service

    E-Bike Delivery
    $50 trip charge + $3 for every 5 miles

    Mobile E-Bike Service
    $50 trip charge + $3 for every 5 miles

    Mobile services are billed as a Diagnostic, Repair or Service
    Minor repairs & service are completed on-site
    Major repairs & service will be performed in our workshop.
    A pick up and/or delivery fee will apply where applicable.

  • E-Bike Assembly & Standard Tune-Up

    $150/hr

    Includes:

    • E-Bike Assembly
    • Wheel to Wheel Safety Check
    • Brakes and Derailleur adjusted
    • All bearings adjust (headset, bottom bracket, etc)
    • Electronic components examined & updated
    • Battery & Charger Test & Charge
    • Bolts Tightened
    • Install accessories additional $25/hr

    *Minimum 1 Hour

  • Deluxe E-Bike Tune-Up

    $350

    Includes:

    • Standard E-Bike Tune Up plus:
    • Complete removal, degreasing, and cleaning of drivetrain
    • Complete reinstall and lubrication of drivetrain
    • Frame detailing
    • Wheels cleaned

  • E-Bike Diagnostics For Repair

    $100

    Includes:

    • Inspect & Test Specific Issue
    • Inspect & Test Components
    • Inspect & Test Electrical System
    • Inspect, Update or Walk Thru Display
    • Inspect Wheels & Braking System
    • Inspect Derailleur, Crank, Pedals
    • Inspect & Test Suspension

  • E-Bike Service & Repairs

    $150/hr

    Includes:

    • Wheel Service
    • Frame Service
    • Drivetrain Service
    • Suspension Service
    • Control Services

    *Additional installation of parts, upgrades and modifications will be estimated upon request
